  Incredible hotel staff, great location between the airport and downtown as well as other sights. The rooms are so spacious and come with full kitchens, plates, silverware and cookware. The pools are really nice and the workout center is even better. I cannot recommend Meriton Suites enough!! They're simply the best.

  We love Meriton serviced apartments Waterloo. Staff always friendly, customer oriented and excellent attitude. We got a 1 bedroom + studio apartment, very comfortable, tidy and furnitures were new and trendy. The location is great, close to the city, airport, all kind of amenities around and next to Moore Park. The view from our room was really nice. Would recommend these serviced apartments either for business or leisure. An excellent choice.

  We had a ground floor unit with two levels. When you climb up to the top level and look at the place what sticks out isn't the "vibrant new furnishings" but all the dirt and filth atop of everything that's normally not seen from the bottom floor. The parking was a joke, when we arrived we had to park several blocks away to check in. Then walk back to the car and then could drive in. However almost every space that was allocated for the hotel was taken... from arrival to actually stepping a foot in my room took almost an hour... The ensuite in the upstairs room also leaked from the waste pipe covering the floor when flushed. And also the lady who checked me in gave me clear directions to the room so I said "thank you very much" and went to walk away.... she then repeated the same set of instructions verbatim... so I said "no problem, cheers.... and then she repeated the instructions a third time and then a fourth.... all of which was perfectly clear from the get go... that was just more insulting as if I couldn't handle taking a left at the door and then a left at the street till I found my unit... I told the lady at reception when checking out about the filth and toilet leaking and I got a "sorry about that"....

  reasonable clean apartment. average service. but very comfortable to stay due to it's size of the apartment. walking distance to bus stop & park & supermarket & cafe .... cost is reasonable & affordable. If we are going to Sydney again. I will definitely consider to stay in this service apartment.
