  Had a pie still half frozen in the middle after it had been microwaved, came back on a chipped plate, waited 15mins for it too. Staff are slow and charged me wrongly for my pie then they asked me to pay the difference. Don't bother.

  Terrible bacon and egg toastie, tasteless and had the rubberish texture. Scone with jam and cream we average. Tried to redeem Entertainment Book voucher (buy one coffee, get one free) but the cashier wouldn't honour it as "they didn't get their permission before advertising the offer". Maybe they'de get more business if they honoured these vouchers!

  Great customer service and wonderful coffee - it's hard to find people who don't burn almond milk but here they are! With loyalty cards and smiles. Always friendly faces and they remember their customers. 😀

  I'm normally not a fan of Michels but I really try to be objective and out things into context. Really what other options are there in Lutwyche? I think the only other ratting options are either a sushi or kebab joint.
