  I just had to give this store’s credit to their wonderful staff Kristy (I believe this is the correct spelling) and Rhea for their exceptional customer service and the overall experience that I was given. Both were very keen in their approach and knowledgable about their products. Thank you for all the help in getting my Surface Pro 5!

  Quick, friendly and knowledgeable service from upstairs Answer desk. If you are having any issues with your Surface and under warranty highly recommend booking in a free visit. They quickly assessed and ended up replacing my Surface due to fault. Also love that you can play Xbox / watch live online Halo tournament. Thanks again guys 😊👍!

  I would have given them 0 stars if I could. I went into the store to look at their laptop options for my business. The concierge was attentive and professional, but once he handed me over to the sales guy things went downhill quikly. The kid had no interest in what I actually needed, but was more interested up-selling. Pretty mediocre experience - they won't see me again.

  This shop is amazing and live up to Microsoft lovely standards, Everyone super helpful, seems like they truly want to help you and the best for you and not just profit profit profit (apple pls) There did was a "door" employee more busy chatting with fellow worker than to greet and say goodbye tho... But that's minimal considering all the attention and efficiency they put in the actual problems or questions you have. 5 stars specially for Joseph?? (Australian employee from Darwin?), reason I come to write this review, AMAZING service!
