  Booked a cab for 6.30,didn't arrive,rang the company to see why? No booking in my name I was asked if I spoke to a person or a machine 🤷‍♀️ I spoke to a person., So at 8.30 I get a text message saying your cab is approaching your house 😩🤷‍♀️

  Seriously....and taxi companies wonder why Uber is taking over. 25 minute wait, 2 follow up phone calls and then told to call back in another 5 mins if a taxi doesn't arrive. Where's the customer service? Taxi didn't arrive. I walked instead! Bring on Uber in Mildura!!

  Unbelievable!! I booked a taxi 3 hours before, no one showed up they didn't even call me back! Never call this company

  Last night i rang for a taxi. They said one would be there asap. Half an hour later i get a txt saying its on its way. I waited another half an hour. I rang again. Waited and waited. I gave up and walked home. Never again will i go through this service.
