  I have been going to Miss Maud in Midland with my grandmother since I was little. And my father went to Miss Maud with her at the Carillon. We all love the staff they are so polite and service is kinda slow but it just gives you time to form conversation before your coffee (or lunch). I take my family out for coffee every week at Miss Maud in the Carillon and I'm totally satisfied their staff, service and food.

  Cappuccino was watery and had no flavor, asked to have it remade was only, marginally better. Got food order wrong as well. We have dined here before the food was decent, it seems the staff during this shift weren't up to the task.

  I ordered the beef sliders. What a sick joke it was after i had waited about 30 minutes and got the two tiniest of burgers with about 10 dry AF potato bullets trying to pass as oven baked chips. Not recommended for people aged 8-80.
