  Originally I took my shoes to Toowong Mr Minit to get the soles replaced. Unfortunately, they started peeling within a few days. I took them back once, but they peeled off again and the guy even tried to tell me it was my fault. Not impressed!! I took them to Mr Minit at Indooroopilly, Level 1, near Woolworths, and the young guy who served me did a much better repair, completely removing the old soles and sticking new ones on with much better glue. I highly recommend Mr Minit at Indooroopilly for top notch customer service.

  Extremely rude and not helpful in the slightest. Paid $90 for just a car key shell + grinding. The shell did not match my internals and makes the case bulge. Did not offer any apology, and refused to replace or refund without a "re-cutting fee".

  Avoid this place at all costs. The staff is extremely rude, no concept of proper communication and are happy to insult you to prove they are correct and you are wrong. Surprising how a business can survive given the way they treat their customers. Don't waste your time here, you can find better options elsewhere.

  Customer service is sometimes the only thing that can create loyalty. Did not feel welcome and if it wasn't an urgent need I would have walked. Made to feel like my shoes were not good enough to fix and expected up front payment because they were not over $300. Good luck.

  Terrible service, unhelpful and rude. Took more than 20 minutes to find a pair of shoes that had been dropped off five days previously, due to a total absence of organisation or system. Incompetent, rude and bad value at any price.
