  I love this gym and the trainers. The fitness classes are high intensity and I am yet to find anything similar or as good as them anywhere else. Paul and Amy are incredible trainers and make you feel so welcome each time you go in. The gym feels like a second home. I definitely suggest that people of all fitness types go down and check it out. You won't regret it!

  Awesome gym! All the classes are great, tough workouts that definitely leave you feeling like you've earned it! Paul and amy are great instructors who keep the intensity high and the mood lighthearted. A cool group of training buddies and gym facilities are spot on.

  I'm totally hooked on the fitness and strength and conditioning classes. Love the trainers, atmosphere and tough workouts. Facilities are top class.
