  Worst hire company I have ever dealt with Booked a 1.5 tonne van to use to move house Received confirmation of my booking for Sunday 8am-12pm Arrived at the yard just on 8am The van wasn't available It was on another booking and wasn't due back to the yard until 9am Van finally arrived back at 9:20 An hour and a half of my booking that I couldn't use Terrible customer service Why confirm my booking for 8am when you knew the van was not due back until 9am? Would give them a -5 stars if that was an option To quote Jerry Seinfeld: From the episode, “The Alternate Side” … Jerry: I don’t understand, I made a reservation, do you have my reservation? Agent: Yes, we do, unfortunately we ran out of cars. Jerry: But the reservation keeps the car here. That’s why you have the reservation.
