  Some of the people who work here are rude and unprofessional. I just got hung up on by the receptionist for accusing her of lying when I was simply asking a question about contacting the agents. Before I could clear things up she had hung up the phone. I've been working in customer service for 7 years and have never worked for a company where I deemed it okay to hang up on a customer, nor have I ever felt it right personally. This goes to show how MPC Moss runs the business. I immediately informed George, one of the owners and just dead silence from him as if its an everyday practice. He had nothing to say about his rude and unprofessional staff and rushed me off the phone. As a tenant who deals with this company, if you're the owner of a property and you're using them then your money is just going to waste because you're paying them for nothing. Theres no upkeep, emails go unanswered, when I was dealing with the owner as my agent he felt it necessary to talk over me and mansplain everything as if I am a child. Just extremely condescending and unhelpful. My previous agent, Dimi, was exactly the same and tried to extort money from us when we moved in for a mistake of the previous lease holders. She was relentless until we threatened legal action because we owed the agency no money. It's just an overall frustrating experience when the few times we do need their help, they make things harder and anger us even more.
