  Very rude , disrespectful and unhelpful staff members. Horrible customer service. An unpleasant experience not just once but multiple times. Will never shop here again.

  Screwed up our layby for Christmas - sold one of our two items to someone else. Refused to fix the problem or even properly apologise. When we got the refund for the lost product they had the gall to refuse to refund the layby service fee - despite failing to provide the basics of a layby service.

  Our first experience of Mr Toys Indooroopilly a year ago was disappointing. My daughter was left very upset and confused as a staff member questioned and teased her for buying a 'boys toy'. Today my husband went there and came home very underwhelmed. The store manager is not a happy Christmas elf. Useless. Drive further to Jindalee! They even smile 😂

  I wanted to buy a Ferrari model car for my son and asked the man who was working there and he replied “ I don’t know if we have it in the store, it would be hard to find it “ I wasn’t expecting this and my son was very upset!! Will never visit this place ever again. Staffs are not friendly they don’t even have a smile on their faces.

  Pretty good selection of toys, though prices are more expensive than supermarkets or the nearby K-Mart or Target.
