  I just went to shopping today. Not busy at that time I'm just looking someone to help me to find something but no one around there. I just ask cashier because no one waiting to pay anyway very useless he just answer not even to helpful then keep playing his mobiles. Finally I can not find the item what I want. if I know that they have another bunch next door I'll keep everything back don't wanna buy from them. I spent over $200but missing 2 big item have to walk back to pick it up. At least he know that he forgot to give me one bag when I ask for!! Lol. If anyone wanna buy anything just go to next door under the same company but totally different service.

  This is just a rebranded Chemist Warehouse. Not sure why they trade under a different name. Don't be fooled - it is clearly a Chemist Warehouse (same labels, layout, poor service etc.). If you want low prices - this is fine - if you want service or knowledgeable staff - probably avoid. Staff are clearly trained on sales and not what is fit for purpose. They will push vitamins on you when buying prescriptions and always trying to up sell.

  가격은 chemist warehouse랑 비슷하고 어떤건 더 저렴한데 왜인지 다들 여긴 잘 안감 수퍼페이드크림 1인 1개밖에 못사서 여기서 하나 더 샀는데 가격 똑같음

  If I can give any of negative rating then I would be happy. This is worst store I ever seen in my life. A guy over there he is rude, non-professional. I never recommend this place to any one.
