  Just returned from a great trip to Hawaii on Carnival Legend, great captain steered us through some rough seas, missed Port Denaru but saw Tonga which was a much better port. Disappointed with the obstructed view cabin but the girls made up for it by allocating us to the Moana Surfrider right on the beach, what a great place. Had a problem with our luggage !!! went to the wrong hotel, after many phone calls and carry on finally got it at about 6pm. The transfer company should have put a tag on it with the hotel name, as the luggage went in separate transport. Nice to meet the girls at Circular Quay put a face to a name. Hopefully we will be cruising later in the year and will use our complimentary voucher. Thanks

  WARNING to all the people considering to use My Cruises Travel agent in Broadbeach QLD i strongly advise you not too !! My Father a 76 year old pensioner who accepted an online offer and paid for well in advance of departing and unfortunately My Cruises failed to provide him the required documentation with in the required time resulting in him being stranded overseas with no return plan. He lost all the monies paid and further had to pay for his wife and him self to return home. It sadness him to have lost so much money so late in his life as he cant get that money back. Please be careful if you choose to continue with My Cruises as they just dont care !!

  Yvonne took over from another person at My Cruises who left so she had to pick up the threads which she did so very quickly and efficiently We were looking at a cruise in Malaysia but what we wanted was not available Yvonne came up with a Japan option which is very impressive and we have taken the first step and booked the cruise.Yvonne is very easy to get along with and nothing we have asked is a bother and we receive the reply in short time and in very good detail.We have been on a number of cruises but working with My Cruises and Yvonne has been a delight and she will get more business from us in the future Good for you Yvonne Jan & Max Atfield

  Well organised holiday by My Cruises. Everything went well, from the flights with Qantas to the accommodation at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki. Very happy that there was someone from Diamond Head Vacations to greet us at the airport & take us to our Hotel. Trolley tickets around the Waikiki are - very handy. Would definitely book with My Cruises again. Very helpful & booked a great holiday for us to look back on share with friends.

  After not having information forwarded to me by another consultant. I then got the pleasure of liaising with Mara R who accommodated my millions of questions and adjustments with grace and kindness and understanding. Nothing was a problem.
