::Best podiatrist in Brisbane! All staff are always lovely and personable. Always running exactly on time or very close too, which is very important when visiting a city clinic. Kelly is excellent with her advice and solutions to problems. Entirely sorted out my plantar fasciitis and genuinely cares about results. Couldn’t recommend higher.

::I had a negative experience at this place ... it started out ok and after almost half a dozen attempts to rectify the issues, it was not resolved ...resulting in me developing another issue which I am currently suffering. I was advised that as it was not the original issue, it was not their responsibility and when I asked for a refund, i was told (again) that it was not their problem and that they do not offer refunds.I think that some duty of care is owed and although a full refund was not available, at least half a refund for causing me all this pain would have made for a better experience.. Be cautious of this chain as i think they are in it for the money rather than the treatment. The staff would have been trained to sell rather than "care" for the person. Very disappointed.

::had a really awful experience at your Mary St centre. Called to make an appointment yesterday and was told there was an appointment at 10:50 am and I confirmed the time. I asked my boss immediately and wrote it in my calendar. Just got a call that it was apparently at 9:50 and now I have to wait two more days while I am in almost constant pain. I feel helpless and frustrated but mostly in pain. Disappointed the practice wouldn't make time for me, even though the error was theirs'.
