I have banking exp with Commonwealth, ANZ, westpac & Nab. Nab provides the worst experience. Average customer service (no smile), refused to accept cheque (for which I understand different bank has different policy) and provided wrong info about the cheque acceptance at other banks. I felt very inconvenient in dealing with NAB. Ready to cancel account. Will avoid this bank as much as possible in future.
