::You have to get a slip from the counter for banking a cheque, so you have to line up twice. Banking going backwards , and no focus on the customer. Have to say it’s very disappointing.

::Since when is the entire week between Christmas & New year a public holiday?? Had to travel an hour from Nth Geelong to city branch to deposit funds. Lot of very unhappy customers at the CLOSED doors. Maybe try updating the branches online to show opening hours? No wonder we are changing banks. VERY poor 😠
