  Waited 30 minutes for our food despite hardly any customers being there. When it finally arrived the bacon and avocado salad had no avocado in it and was largely made up of lettuce with a few bits of bacon and 2 small slices of cucumber. The waiter apologised and took it back to the kitchen, returned with it after a further 10 minutes with 6 small cubes of avocado and an apology - apparently it had no avocado on it as they had run out :0. Presumably they were hoping I wouldn’t notice...??!! Rubbish food and rubbish service. Will not be returning.

  Would have given 5 stars if only you guys would reduce the price of your paellas and drinks.

  Waited over an hour for takeaway order. I understand restaurants get busy from time to time but an hour for ‘fast food’ is just ridiculous. Won’t be back

  First time in this store and nice as it could be, they have to try harder. The location is fine, once they've finished digging up the beach the view will improve. Service was fast and friendly, but what let this Nandos down was the food. The chips were barely warm when they arrived at the table. I crispy still, but barely warm. My half chicken? Cooked well enough, thankfully. But for something that should have been fresh off the flame grill. No where near hot enough. And did i say half chicken? Half pigeon more like. Probably a size 10, not the usual size 12 that i have had at other Nandos. Perhaps thats all they offer now? Food portions have gotten smaller over the years. Red Rooster is terrible for that. But i expect better from Nandos. It'll be a long time before i go back.

  First time eating Nando’s. We got take away and it was ready pretty quickly (not many people in there at the time). Chicken was really well cooked - so yummy. Salads great too. The staff were really friendly. Great place!
