::Clinical manner and pedantic attitude from management are at least consistent. Robyn the manager must train her staff to be just as difficult as she is to her guests. Read previous guest reviews. There is a consistent referral to the rude, abrupt, clinical staff. So many reviews state this. The manager response always states that they will address the issue, but they don’t. Robyn is the one leading by example. On arrival, the lady would not accept my CMCA card as it expired a few days prior and new one posted out. Had to prove the receipt by email. Called CMCA who were surprised at such an issue. We intended to stay for a week but told that large sites for our 30ft (total length) van are unavailable. Spoke to a regular with same overall length and he reiterated that the manager was pedantic. We asked to use his site after he left. Robyn came to look at our van and said it was too big. I asked why previous van could use the site and she said “We have rules just like you do at your work”. She said this twice when I asked why a similar size van was OK. We are only 20.6 but 30ft overall. I had to ask what rule she meant. She said “We have to understand the rules but you don’t”. We are also in hospitality and do not speak down to our guests in this way. I imagine that she doesn’t want A Frame jacks on the grass. But instead of explaining that, she states that there is a LAW that she has to abide by, but wouldn’t explain it. Ironically, It was a long weekend and every van park around was full. But this one was certainly not going to be and was only half full whilst were were there. Her imaginary rule is certainly stopping others from staying as many vans are our size. Our van would easily have fitted the site just as the previous van did and we could easily have parked our car on it too, just as the previous guest did. The park is well kept and convenient to the city and bikeways. It is just a shame that the manager is a stickler for silly self-imposed rules that make no sense at all. The internet is woefully slow at approx 1Mb/s. I imagine that it is throttled by the router they are using. I had the same one in my last property and it provided very poor bandwidth. I threw it out. I suggest they look into a newer device capable of providing better bandwidth on their NBN service. It is slow at all hours of the day and with very few guests in. We could never log in with our iPhones even though we were allowed two devices.

::Beautiful place for camping, a lot of people, near to the city! The staff is nice! The bathrooms are amazing, all painted with animals and plants! You can reach the centre catching only one bus. The wifi didn't work so well, but the place is worth it!! ☺️ :)

::The staff creates a very friendly and family-like atmosphere. Besides that, they really helped me out with repairing my car, caring more about me being save then money.
