  I so wish I could give this gym a zero. Don't waste your time you will regret it. The reception staff are stuck up and on joining I asked whether or not my partner and I were under contract incase as I'm a uni student and the lady said NO and we could cancel at anytime. I signed using an iPad and when I tried cancelling, I get emailed a cancellation form dated 8 months later! I ring up a few times (after being told I would get a call back which never happened) and suddenly I had apparently signed into a 12 month contract. When I tried to call them up about it they left me in the dark but as soon as I didn't make a payment boy they wouldn't leave me alone. The lady who signed me up rang me screaming at me that im a liar, pretty damn unprofessional if you ask me. I've spread the word and I hear the gym actually has a reputation for this sort of thing, even a friend of mine told me that she knows one of the membership staff and it is dodgy. (Pene) I wish I looked into it earlier and I hope my mistake can help someone else. If that’s not bad enough, Equipment are outdated and facilities are disgustingly dirty, just don't!

  On renewal of my membership for a year, I was offered an extra deal of either an 8 visit pass for a friend or some credit at the cafe. Whilst this was very much appreciated, I found that there was no further communication until I contacted the gym again. NATASHA DRABSCH needed to communicate a little more professionally as her email manner was un-informative and curt. ln future, if she wants my business or any referrals a little common courtesy goes a long way.

  For all those people that give this gym 1 star you are making a mistake yes they can improve the cleanliness of the bathroom and yes you can't leave your car there if you aren't physically in the gym as such because for the people saying the car park is always full that is why. The staff are very friendly and polite they aren't rude what so ever I asked for more information about the terms and conditions of the membership and they simply just explained it to me. Disappointed that some people don't understand that there aren't any better gyms in South Australia on offer. Plus 24 hour gyms are horrible because when you need information out of the hours of when staff are there it is just inconvenient. Another thing about the pool there if it is too shallow go to the aquatic centre at Marion if you are complaining it is a gym pool not an Olympic pool.

  Quick word to say I had a minor issue one night and the duty manager in charge Ryan O'toole handled it with professionalism and sorted it out with a smile on his face .Well done Ryan you went a long way in making my decision to renew my membership a little clearer. Thanks

  the facilities are mostly great. The other patrons are generally friendly and polite and there isn't an obnoxious steroid culture. If you want quiet spa time on weekends get a gold membership as it can be noisily populated with kids in downstairs wet area. Staff could be better. Most are barely friendly. Also excessive in their demands to show membership card in cafe and bafflingly inflexible about changing menu items.
