  Nighowl charges more then double price as compared to supermarket like woolworths or IGA supermarket. I bought a power convertor and they sold me at 15$ price while thats actual price was 7$. I had another bad experience at nightowl is that once i bought grocery from nightown and it cost me 43$ and the same grocery i bought from woolworths in less then 20$. I'll never recommend Nightowl to anyone.

  I visit this store about 3 times a week to buy a drink for lunch. The store seems reasonably busy with people popping in and out although you always get served quickly and with a smile. The customer service is excellent by the girl named Sherry (or similar) who works there during weekdays. She's always happy and gives you a friendly greeting every time. I wish more customer service staff were like her. I would certainly recommend this store to anyone wanting a drink or snack in the CBD.
