  Great pub, good food and one of the few places that's air conditioned. The fact that they have doors is a huge plus if the flies are out.

  Comfortable accommodation and decent pub meals. The building itself is very interesting and is conveniently located in the middle of town.

  Best seafood in the outback. Loved the meals and the hospitality was second to none. Highly recommended stopping in for a feed and a beverage.

  Obviously trying to update after taking over. Place very tired, room average for the price, table?, toaster or microwave? Just a kettle doesn't cut it. Paint the walls not everything else, and fill tne holes in the walls while your at it. New carpet will make a difference. Pub atmosphere not bad.

  A great outback pub with a long history. It's been rebuilt many times over the years after fire, but it's main claim to fame is it's the place Banjo Patterson first performed Waltzing Matilda. The pub has great aircon, cold drinks and the new menu looks bonza. What more could you ask for in the outback?
