  Terrible lack of communication between office, tradesman, and most importantly their customers. Prolonged (months) dealing with minor leak in air conditioning unit not diagnosed, nor addressed, properly. Now attempting to get the stars to align again, after tradesman no shows without any correspondence from office, in order for them to repair the job they failed do properly the first time. Has been an extreme waste of time for occupants of the house as they have had to change their work schedules/life to fit around the limited availability for technicians, only to have none show up, or show up extremely late (>90mins). Poor service.

  Terrible service from the admin staff, they LIED MULTIPLE TIMES to us, about several different things resulting in getting very poor and delayed service. Can't say enough about our dissatisfaction with the admin staff (the technician himself was friendly and seemed to be knowledgable though at least).
