  I have been to the Novocastrian Skin Cancer Clinic numerous times. Every time I have been looked after with such professionalism by all the Staff. Dr Kinsella is such an amazing Dr. He listens and treats myself and my family with such respect and care. I have recommended this business to all my Family and Friends who all are of the same opinion and continue to go back for further treatments.

  Terrible experience. Some Reception staff very arrogant. The doctor himself was pathetic. There was 4 of us to be checked including 2 kids. In and out within 5 minutes. Barely looked at us. Wouldn’t reccomend to anyone waste of time

  I did not have a positive experience here. To begin with, the reception staff weren't particularly welcoming, no smile, not personal at all. Then I found the examination wasn't thorough and very brief compared to others I have had in the past. At one point the doctor had to leave the room, but left the door open to the waiting room, with me sitting on the examination table in my underwear! I had to schedule another appointment for a simple mole removal, in 2 weeks time. I had a phone call a day before saying they would have to reschedule, and the earliest would be in another 2 weeks time. I would be away for that time so I asked if they could possibly do it before then, and was told they would have to look at the schedule and call me back. No return call after 2 days, so I called again, was put on hold, and then they dropped the call. I made an appointment at another clinic. Very unprofessional, and disappointing.

  Lovely staff here and they offer lots of services. Great place to go.
