How do the photos make it look so good? 4 star? Rooms are dirty need a good clean. Looks like they've been lived in not stayed in for days or even weeks at a time. Energy saving bluish white lights adorn the entire apartment which gives a 7-11 feel when you get there after a big night out. Plus the walk through the carpark to get to Darling Harbour was an unexpected bonus! If it was cheaper it'd be acceptable but unfortunately it's not.

Very interesting architecture, particularly in the common areas. The rooms are spacious and have a extremely high ceilings. Bathrooms are modern and everything is very clean. Surprisingly quiet inside the city view rooms given the chance proximity to a major road. A pleasant place to stay.

Cannot recommend this accommodation at all. Rooms in need of refurbishing (chipped paint, scuff marks on walls, stains on carpet and generally unclean looking). Air conditioning did not work, toilet had to be flushed twice to be effective and no double glazing on windows even though room looked right on to the freeway. A positive was the helpfulness of the young lady on reception who did her best to help. We were booked in for five nights but left after one and paid a $250 penalty for doing so. We are now staying at other accommodation - beautifully presented - and at the same price per night.

On street parking, clean, amazing design very industrial. Also has laundry features in room such as washer, dryer and laundry tub and full kitchen. Large living space with full bathroom including shower and full size bath. Very easy to find using google maps and big glowing sign helps pick it up from a distance. Pool and sauna also offered complimentary.
