  Hi Michael. Your gripe seems pretty feeble. Let me expand. 1. Always obtain a name. I'm sure they identified themselves when they called you. 2. You obviously drove 4 hrs previously at a cost of $70 so you could afford it. 3. I can travel four hrs in my car (8L/100km) for $40. Are you driving a Sherman tank? and 5. In any direction well under 2 hrs from Bendigo you can get prints done. Melbourne, Ballarat, Maryborough, Ararat, Echuca , Kerang, Shepparton, Seymour etc. If you choose to be inefficient, don't blame others.

  Very poor service. Was told to pick up I store by staff a photo print two days ago. When presented staff made out my fault, said no online order always takes longer... said I was told by a team member. They could not help. Driven 2hr to bendigo now 2 hrs Home. Was going to get a 100 gift voucher but the trip has now cost me $70 and will cost me that again on return. Obviously lack of education to staff. Very poor and not caring of rural communities.

  Had a warranty issue with my printer. Spoke to a man called Logan and he was very accommodating and sorted the issue out. Good knowledge and excellent customer service
