  Manager on Easter Saturday shift 31/03/18. Her way to approach a customer was so rude and bossy, as if we were taking all the stuffs for free. I heard her telling a customer that she is the boss here and other follows her instructions in a rude way. She was also telling off the staffs infront of customer over her microphone. Other staffs were polite, helpful and friendly. The reputation of officeworks can be hampered because of these kind of arrogant behaviour of so called manager.

  Few years back, my experience here was not good. But today I found new people and very friendly and helpful. They matched price with online shops without any drama. Even let me use their computer to find cheap online sellers. Lots of options. Storage containers are very cheap than anywhere else.

  Disgusting service. My partner and I waited at the photo pick up counter only to be ignore for two minutes. So we decided to split up, my partner waited in the photo pick up counter whilst I moved to the other counter. Once I reached the front of this line, the staff member then proceeded to ignore me to love to the pick up counter and the look past my partner to serve the person behind her. I yelled out 'excuse me' and this person decided to ignore everyone in the lines and walk off. Normally I don't leave negative reviews, but this was disgusting. All we wanted to do was collect the photos we already paid for.

  Great friendly staff. Helped me the products that I wanted nice and quickly. The manager Joseph seemed to be quite knowledgeable about his products.
