  Printing department in this store is amazing. The lady behind the counter is always helpful and considering she is helping everyone from the customers who come to the counter to those in the self serve area usually on her own and never loses her cool is quite astounding. We don’t give enough credit to hard working retail workers and some customers who only complain need to try do what these extraordinary hard workers are doing. Thanks guys I appreciate you all.

  Hidden away so it's never packed and tiresome to be in. Although I did go and purchase two chairs that were already put together and after paying was pointed in the direction of the chairs and not offered any help to get them to my car. The moment my money was taken the staff glazed over and went back into a vague state of apathy. It's strange but hey they did serve me.

  When walking in expect to be greeted by 9 staff members then quickly ignored by the other 90 when needing help.

  I was waiting alone for close to 10 minutes while the lady on service was on the phone (obviously not work related) Then when she finally got off the phone she told me my money in the machine for the photo printers was "stuck" and stared at me like a dead fish as if i were meant to come up with a solution. After finally figuring out the problem out, i got my money back and had to pay on card, which i couldnt afford to beggin with because i was there to print out resumes. I finally printed everything off and got some other bits and pieces then continued to wait while another staff member had a chat with eachother instead of serving people. I would have got better service from dead fish.

  Got to be one of the best retail stores around. Ever. Dealt with on several occasions, sometimes with sales staff, other times with a manager to sort an exchange etc and all times I've received superior customer service with all staff going above and beyond. Plus super fast shipping when purchasing online. Cannot fault this place!
