  So furious! Paid cash for a brand new acer laptop I needed immediately for study, soon as payments made I was told it's not in stock I'll have to come back next week for it, asked if the office works down the road have it, yes but it's too late, can't refund until they have it in stock.. no choice have to come back in few days, seriously! I paid cash i could literally go for a 5 minute drive and have it in my hand!! No..😠 Barely used the thing! 10days later I had to take it in because the screen stopped working NOTHING happened to it. Called a week later to find out whats going on, oh they haven't sent it off yet... Call another week later we'll get back to you... eventually told screen isn't covered under warranty will cost another $200+! To fix it... They can't tell me when I'll have my bloody computer back every time I call it's "we'll get back to you" but they never have any information! It's been a MONTH i have had NO computer! As a student it's pretty frustrating having spent a whole weeks income on a brand new computer and having no computer to work on! I want a refund!! I'll be taking my business elsewhere in future this is CRAZY!!! Your communication with customers and acer is so poor you clearly don't value your business 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

  Liam who worked Friday night on the front desk was so lovely to my daughter and I . They didn't have the boxes we wanted so he organised some to be put away for us in the Geelong store. Great customer service.
