  Excellent face-to-face service and Stephen's thorough knowledge of all things Samsung is a huge comfort! He is so helpful and kind, and doesn't make me feel like a numpty when I get stuck and need help. The others are nearly as good.😃 Points for improvement apply to management practices: 1) I wish the range of phones/devices on display was more comprehensive, both in brands and price/specification level. 2) I want the option restored to use cash or eftpos functions, not just the credit card to pay my bill in person. The inconsiderate bright sparks who changed that need a big kick in the pants.

  Moral of this story. Don't waste your time going to Charlestown Optus. Warners Bay 10/10 in comparison to 0/10. Definitely would not go anywhere else other than Warners Bay.
