::Dishonest, deceitful and unethical. In house finance added $1169 of "setup fees" to a new vehicle loan, then attempted to defraud me of $500 deposit refund they explained would be re-credited to my account. Buy an Isuzu from ANYWHERE else !!!!! Disappointment Beyond Compare. ********STILL WAITING FOR THAT CALL ADAM *********

::Bought a New MUX, they change the price of it 3 times up of course(renege on price). While I was in the neighbouring office, the manager was abusing a customer on the phone before slamming it down, I was then told I had to see him for the next sales pitch on insurance, after asking a few questions about the insurance and getting response of “I don't know, maybe I'll have to get back to you” I decided to keep my current provider (Elders) which he then said “You like barn yard insurers” sore loser as he didn't get a sale. Don't bother with their add-ons Motor One (Protektiv paint protection, tinting etc), is a company that doesn't have a public base in Western Australia in their words “We only do new installs, just car yards” So no Warranty is provided in Western Australia, service/repair to the vehicle it is applied to. So any problems are yours. Also got a Isuzu factory bullbar fitted by them, well had to bring it back 5 times due to poor installation. Finally they it figured out what the problem was and fixed it, yes I also don't recommend them as a service agent. They seem more interested in getting rated a 10 out of 10 on they’re company reviews than actually providing a 10 out of 10 service and if they know your not going to give them 9 or 10 they find a way to ensure the company's review form can't be done eg send the log on letter after your log on/review time has expired so it won't be recorded.

::After being in an accident and having to find a new car as well as get over my injuries buying a car was not something I was feeling excited about. After meeting Jerome I was feeling at ease. Jerome looked after us and helped me find something I was happy with within my budget. We felt he was honest and looking out for our best interest and made buying my next car easy.

::From the moment I walked into the service department I got the feeling that I was dealing with a professional team that attempts to perform at it's best even when under pressure. I was treated with respect and was listened to in a sincere way that I find is becoming increasingly rare in today's service industry. Optional extras were presented to me, but I wasn't made to feel under pressure to take them. The work was completed on time and I got a full rundown of the work performed in no-nonsense plain English. I left the dealership with a sense that the work was performed correctly by knowledgeable people. The car was cleaned for me without asking and I could see that nobody had been careless or messy in the cabin. In my opinion this is an Isuzu dealership that can currently be trusted to do a good, honest servicing job with a great customer focus and friendly respectful staff.
