  Pack & Send made the move from Sydney to Cairns so much easier. Michelle, David and the team in Pack & Send Cairns provided excellent service - friendly, flexible and prompt. It shows that they care about their customers. I would use again and highly recommend them.

  Pack and Send Cairns sent a beautiful 3.7 metre timber kayak that I bought sight unseen in Cairns to me in Sydney. As you can imagine it was a difficult job to wrap and to choose a carrier, Michelle went to a great deal of trouble and kept me informed every step of the way. I got first class service, highly recommended.

  I used Pack & Send in Cairns (QLD Australia) for my move to Austria a couple of months ago. I was very impressed how helpful the staff was. In particular, David (the owner) answered patiently all my questions, and took it on him personally to take my mountain bike to a local bike shop to have it dismantled for the move. Also, his wife Michelle, was always extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely use Pack & Send Cairns again, and would highly recommend them to my friends.   From the very start the service at Pack & Send Cairns was friendly and helpful – in such contrast to another company we rang where the attitude was gruff and negative and where what we wanted was just ‘too hard’. P&S Cairns did a fabulous job of packing the sculpture we had purchased, not just in how well this was done to protect the item but also in making it the most efficient/cost effective package size. Also worthy of note, the friendly call we got in Adelaide to tell us our package had arrived – again such a contrast to other courier companies where delivering goods (and being pleasant to customers) is such a chore! All-in-all a good experience that restores my faith in the ability of a business to deliver personal service with a genuinely friendly attitude. Thanks to all!

  Pack & Send, Cairns, the people and business as a whole - exemplary. They are on the ball, efficient; with care and courtesy - a refreshing change. I cannot praise Michelle enough: a costly medical device used daily required repair in USA. Every effort was made to expedite a quick a turn-around-time. It was collected from and delivered to my door. Michelle went more than the extra mile by collecting it from holding storage so it wasn't detained over a public holiday. It isn't often that people in a business really make a difference on your life. Thank you, Michelle. :))
