  Ray at Pack & Send really went over and above. When faced with a tricky situation (finding out passport was expired on the eve of our honeymoon 🙄) he bent over backwards and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The speed these guys managed the delivery of my new passport was insane. Thanks for helping smooth over a rocky start to our marriage 🙌😅

  Great Service, goods arrived in good order four days in Melbourne after leaving Perth. Very professional service. Woul utilise service again tomorrow if required.

  Such a great service, the people at the SGT office really go the extra mile. They even use Google Earth to track down the exact spot a parcel needs to go to in some of these far away spots. I send to South Africa and they never fail to deliver quicker than they quote, they avoid selling the cheapest shipment if they don’t consider it the correct one for your parcel. I’m happy to spend a few dollars more to know my parcels are in safe hands and the tracking and movement emails you get are great. Keep up the good work

  I had a large and delicate package transported from Perth to Adelaide for Christmas. Got great rates, and it arrived promptly, extremely well packed and in great condition. Highly recommend the service at Pack & Send East Perth.

  Ray and his team are amazing. It is rare to experience service this good. I called and they picked up 20 minutes later. My package arrived in New York 2 days later and I hardly had to lift a finger. I didn't even need to package the goods up - they did it all for me. . . . and all of this for less than I expected to pay. Well done!!
