  I had a machine collected, palletised and sent on its way to Tassie, it arrived in perfect condition and the service was precise as was the communication. Everything in a timely, efficient manner with very reasonable pricing by contrast to other couriers I have used. Thankyou to the Pack and Send team at Mermaid Waters .. I will be back :-)

  I would highly recommend using Mark's services over the Postal Service in Australia for international shipping. His service at Pack & Send in Mermaid Waters was exactly what we needed after the post office gave us a hard time with an oversized package & mailing tube--Mark helped us fit our packages into one unit & did so with humor & ease while also helping to save us money. The packages arrived safely in the USA earlier than expected because of Mark's help, & we saved more money than we would have at the post office. Thank you!
