  Service here was horrible. We had to wait for quite a while after being seated just to order a drink. Then it took 20 minutes to finally receive them and my coffee was cold. The owner treated us like a number who was making him money and didn't even greet us when we walked in, and he was grumpy and yelling at customers and his staff in front of other customers. When we finally got a chance to order our food it took 40 minutes to receive it and to be honest, they didn't taste worth the wait. My pancakes were dry and my partner wasn't a fan of his either. It would have made it a little better if we were acknowledged for thr wait but no regard was taken by the waitor or management and goes to show how poorly this restaurant is run. People come to a restaurant for an experience and this was nothing special. Enter the restaurant to witness an unprofessional money hungry owner, be seated only to be forgotten about, wait forever for both drinks and food, and receive below average quality food, for an above average price.

  What you would expect for a pancake place. A solid menu of pancakes with other options available. We came for breakfast. I found the pancakes not to be as fluffy as other places I've eaten. Not a bad option though and not too pricey.

  I know this place looks dated. I know the food is average. They put in a portable change table in the disabled toilets! But I like the corny idea that your sitting in a hot air balloon. This place at least is spacious and prices are reasonable. I think you can do a lot worse

  I thought I was at an off shoot of the Pancake Parlour. I was wrong. Very disappointed. Equal to supermarket shake in the bottle pancakes and the syrup was cheap quality. My pancakes were not cooked. I guess that is why they do the coupons to get people through the door. Never again.

  Great service, delicious meals and drinks! Extremely versatile. If you're not just wanting pancakes there are plenty of other options. The Deluxe Milkshake is a must try!
