We stayed in room 2104 in the Ballah building. It was a dump. There was mould on the curtains and part of the ceiling. The owners store a whole bunch of chairs and foldaway table, which meant we didn't have full use of the wardrobe and bedroom. The apartment hadn't been cleaned in a while: the floor was coated in dirt, dust can be seen on the walls and fixtures, and the couch was covered in sand. Nothing is maintaned: we couldn't open the balcony door, some of the lights weren't working, the stovetop wasn't fully functional, and the toilet seat was cracked. When we reported the issues, the balcony door was simply fixed with WD40, which then led to the door not fully closing properly so when it was windy we'd get the constant howling through the gap in the door. Staff were uncaring, saying there were no other rooms available, but when you go on their website it showed three other rooms available for the duration of our stay. There are a few positives about the Paradise Centre Apartments: the grounds are very well maintained, and its proximity to the beach, restaurant strip, shops and transport.

Great location but only 1 toilet roll and 1 towel for a weeks stay is just cheap! Also dishes in apartment were not clean, neither was apartment.

Terrible service. The staff were unhelpful. The apartments are old and deteriorating. When we arrived the bathroom stank of mold and the room was no ready. When we asked to move to another room there were "none' only to have one appear in the morning. When asked if we could be upgraded they said we had to pay. Only good thing is its location. Other than that stay away!

It's always a pleasure staying here. Been here quite a few times over the years and can't complain. Rooms are always well presented and comfortable. Staff have always been excellent to deal with and very friendly and inviting. Wouldn't hesitate booking here again or recommending it to others.
