  Great little motel just outside Melbourne city. Don't be deceived by how it looks outside, the rooms are lovely and the staff are friendly. Tram stop with trams every 10 minutes to get into the Melbourne CBD.

  I love staying here when my son has appointments at the Royal childrens hospital, love the staff very helpful and polite, rooms are amazing for the price. Perfect location, Tram stop across the road along with the service station. Don't judge a book by its cover, old age on the outside but beautifully modern on the inside. Highly recommended

  Great location. Close tho tram and train. Very nice room. Only problem was bit smelly likely the carpet. But went away when you let fresh air in.
