  Expensive rubbish! Asked for less pasta more sauce and got more pasta less sauce! Pasta crammed into the container! 3 thin slices of sausage! Just ordered my last pasta cup!

  Just ordered for the first time via uber eats and omg its delish! Cute and convenient cups with beautiful fresh bread and parmesan 😀 highly recommend! Whole family is in love!!

  Worst service ever! Never go there! Ordered 3 pastas. Got 1 and not even the one I ordered! Rang the shop apparently "not there fault" disgraceful customer service. Four hungry people here and the shop told us to call them in the morning??? One star is too kind for this place. They should be ashamed!!!!

  Good food but don't order over the phone. I've been here three times and the last 2 times they've screwed up my order even after I've clarified it for them over the phone. The first time they forgot my garlic bread and luckily I realised when I got back to car and went back in to get it. The second time I ordered a parmigiana and a pasta and wanted a large pasta as the side, was told by the young girl at the counter "it can't be done" and (I've done this multiple times at other stores with no issue as a small is $12.95 and a large is $16.95 so they just add $4 to the order.. Not that hard to figure out) ended up paying for the parmigiana and large pasta separately.. What is usually $22.95 ended up being $30.90, not a huge amount but I'm sure if the $8 was coming out of her/their pocket they'd be a bit more caring. Pastacup is great but this store has pissed me off to the point of no return. Definitely won't be back.

  Last three times this store has had no beef parmigiana, but they have chicken parmigiana I'm told tonight... Ok then, guess its chicken parmigiana... ill have that with chips n salad.. "sorry we have no chips!" what the hell??? left store with nothing, never going back again!!! THIS STORE SUCKS
