::Brilliant service. There was a wedding but we weren't impacted at all. Very friendly staff

::I stayed here with a large group during a retreat. All the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The beds were really comfy. The food was excellent, especially considering they were cooking for such a large group, the food didn't feel mass produced. There are many rooms, so great for a wedding or conference. Yet it still feels cozy and secluded. The hotel has been respectfully refurbished so feels clean and modern but also full of history and charm. Some rooms have verandahs and views over the beautiful well maintained gardens and the golf course. There are also tennis, billiards, and croquet.

::This is a large hotel with quite a lot of rooms. The foyer area is very cosy and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good and the views from many of the rooms are nice. However, the rooms are very expensive over the weekend and the walls are very thin. Luckily we knew the people next door but when they spoke it was as though they were in our room.

::We stopped for a drink and a snack. The food and drinks were really good the lady behind the bar was friendly and very helpful when we needed a place to change out baby. The building is really beautiful and the grounds the same. Very happy with our experience here

::This is our favorite hotel when staying in Bowral. Full of old world charm, the rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Nicely refurbished and a veranda room is a must if you love the beautiful view over the golf course and surrounding heritage gardens. Only five minutes into town it’s close to everything but feels like you’re a million miles away on a private luxury estate.
