::I sought out Lisa and the team's help constantly for years whilst i was dancing. There is no one better you could run to! Cannot thank them enough!

::As a certified pointe shoe fitter and ballet teacher of ten years, I highly, highly recommend Lisa Howell's methods of proper dance technique, dance injury prevention, pointe preparation and dance injury treatment. She and Deborah Vogel are foremost experts in their fields internationally.

::I was dealing with back pain through 3 years and 1 surgery before I started seeing Lisa. Just a few sessions later I was running again for the first time since my injury. I'm back in again with a knee issue this time, and I'm confident I'll be back on track soon.

::I wrote to Lisa when my daughter experienced physical pain at the age of 13 when she was, not only dancing but also doing cross-country running. Lisa, despite being at the other side of the world responded quickly and with very useful suggestions. What a great and selfless caregiver! You've created many amazing resources for parents and athletes alike. Thank You! Rose-Anne Constantineau

::Received an ankle injury from a bad fall during a football game and came on the recommendation of a friend. Had (what I felt) was a very thorough assessment explaining what was wrong with my ankle, followed by a treatment and strapping that provided some much needed relief in terms of both pain and stability in my ankle. Other people's experiences obviously may vary, but I have had a number of physio treatments where, regardless of the injury, I've been strapped to a machine and left for almost the duration of the treatment. This treatment was done almost entirely by hand with continual explanation of what was happening and why, and that aspect was very much appreciated.
