::I was an inpatient twice last year. My very first time I was terrified BUT it brought me out of my shell. The nurses, gp's, OT's, cleaners, chefs and kitchen staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and I always had a great nurse to talk to. I quite enjoyed red group every afternoon and senses every night it got me in to a great routine once I was discharged. I highly recommend this place and I know I'm always safe and well looked after here. My only complaint is that I was on the adolescent ward my last admission (for 13-25 yr olds) and I'm 28 so I think there should be a completely separate building as many of them were quite disrespectful BUT otherwise no complaints I wouldn't go anywhere else

::I dont understand the bad reviews. Admittedly a lot of us are troubled when we go there but i found the staff and councillors to be caring and concerned individuals. Also aware that while being treated, things wont be as we are initially perceiving at the time. During recovery you get to appreciate the staff and councillors with a much clearer mind. Well done Perth Clinic.

::Excellent staff & programs. I attended the intensive CBT course and highly recommend Perth Clinic. Psychologists Jess and Andrew were fantastic, and I found the admin staff easy to deal with. Lastly - the lunches were top notch!

::Sent in my doctors referrals via email so i can see the specialist. Received no response or conformation at all. I called them and expressed this concern with the receptionist on the phone who then became aggressive and defensive instead of apologetic (No.1 rule with customer service: Always validate the customer's concerns). I'm a little afraid to attend this place now, they seem rude and arrogant and they don't really seem to give a damn about people or how they speak to them, well at least that's the initial impression I received from the telephonist I spoke to. People out there with serious issues are reaching out for help, and all they receive is a slap in the face from morons like the staff who work here. Thanks Perth Clinic for all your help...... Not. Worst customer service ever, I was placed on hold for 10 minutes at first, then another 10 minutes because they lost my doctor's referral. No apology for this either of coarse. I'm dreading having to go to this place now. But I doubt they'll even contact me anyway as they don't seem to be the slightest bit interested in following up patients or with their client's concerns. Not good. Very unprofessional, rude and rather sickening behaviour for the industry they serve in to be honest.
