  Customer service was terrible. I asked for assistance, there was only a handful of customers in the shop so they told me they would be a minute. We continued to wait a further 20 minutes and no one would even acknowledge us.

  Organised tidy store, variety of products. Animals with mostly tidy enclosures. Would be lovely to see better enclosures promoting animal care, larger spacing with more enriching items for mental stimulation and exercise.
