::Rude, Arrogant staff that not only dont want to serve you, but to know the issue and help you to find something where while I was getting my phone to show the issue this woman with glasses just walked away and wanted to be smartest of them and showing het attitude instead of CUSTOMER SERVICE WHILE IT IS HER JOB TO DO SO not showing her arrogant personality and attitude. Message to the managers/owners in case they read the reviews - get your staff RIGHT and in the mean time it was last time coming to this snakehouse. Got all the help I needed from new Pet O shop and was very happy with the service where I got all the help I needed with great and friendly staff who were doing all the effort to help me to find what I needed and from now on will be going only there and suggesting all pet owners to go there too

::Very friendly and helpful staff, great variety of pet products. The young man who attended me was very knowledgeable about dogs and gave me many tips on keeping my pet occupied while at home alone. I thought it was very kind of him to also explain how the Kong works. I've described few other issues I was having with my pet and the young man offered a solution to all of them! This shop is easy to get to, there's disabled parking at the front and accessible entry. Some of their items are a bit more expensive else where, but on the other hand, the advice and tips you'll get here make it all worth it!

::Really helpful and friendly staff, who obviously know their job! Gave us great advice, ensured we had the adequate support to bring home our new puppy. Stock is of good quality, on the pricey side though so shopping around can save you some $s. That said, plenty of stuff to choose from, one stop shop for all your pet needs.

::A great pet shop great range of stock always having what you need. The store has diy wash your station as well as other pet care services. The shop also allows you to buy and adopt directly from the store, mainly offering a range of cats, dogs, birds, bunnies.
