  Customer service is great although the groomer didn’t do a great job on my dog his coat looked hacked and uneven very disappointed as it wasn’t cheap. By saying the groomer seemed nice and friendly although I won’t be taking my dog there again for a groom.

  The Staff were extremely helpful especially in the grooming area. My dog Buddy is much more comfortable with his short cut. They helped me find everything I need. The wash and grooming price was very fair as he came in looking quite bad and left looking like a whole new dog.

  Horrible. Had a 2 for 1 special ran out of stock and made me pay full price for the one item. Last visit I purchased some dry dog food - and there was some other brand they were selling off as it was out of date. I thought I might try it just to see if my dogs liked it so added it to my $100+ purchase. They wouldn't eat it. I gave it away and the two dogs that tried it threw up. Actually it smelled like acetone. Dodgy all round. Never gone back to this store.

  I could not speak any higher of the service I am greeted with every time I visit Kotara Petbarn. I have struggled for so long to find a groomer that understands my dog & can groom him - that doesn't mind explaining a few things to me and answering any grooming related questions I have! I finally found a groomer I couldn't be happier with! Robbin is amazing, she is so loving to my boy and exceptional at what she does! I am beyond satisfied with her services, both times I have taken him to her she has gone above and beyond! It's so wonderful to see a large corporation with staff that demonstrate so much respect for customers in all aspects of their animals life! I highly recommend the grooming services! Thank you for another great experience!
