  amazing service most times and want to give 5 stars!!! But it really depends on who serves you...some staff will give great service...and some don't unfortunately....

  4 stars because the hay I bought was a bit expensive for a small bag. The service was 5 stars though. The name on the receipt says I was served by Andrea. She was so helpful and friendly and I chatted to her about my 3 bunnies and she was so professional throughout the whole transaction. This staff member is someone you should be proud to have on your team.

  I was having trouble getting my hand reared baby budgies to feed and I came in and talked to the girl who recommended a different feed. I only had $10 on me and didnt have my debit card with me but as the babies really needed the food, she only charged me $10. The babies ended up loving the different food and are now thriving. I will remain a very loyal customer and recommend this store to everyone. They really do care about your animals and they are alll wonderful people.
