  Extremely nice staff, great stock for all animals, always have cats/kittens up for adoption through the RSPCA but it's expensive!

  The staff here have been trained great in customer service and have great knowledge! Always helpful and always learning something new.

  Had one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable sales assistants I've had in a long time. Clearly loves her pets and knows a lot about a variety of animals. Took the time to discuss our dog's fussy eating habits with us at great length. Having worked in retail, I know that people like her are rare.
