  Good old fashioned pub atmosphere, not a lot of polish but great meals, good prices and genuinely friendly staff

  Attended Sunday afternoon. Live music, good food and friendly atmosphere . I’d come here again.

  Real pub, owned by a real pub family. One of the last in Australia. I'll be supporting this at every furlong. Lovely place for an honest chat, and great people. If you've got your stick too far up your back - this may not suit you. You'll be in for a laugh, a bit of a smoke area, a bet, and a cold beer. Maybe a game of pool if you're keen. Love the Petrel - and what truly is the Petrel family - of Puffy, Jordan, Andrew, Smiley - and the rest of the team. Thanks guys - you rock.

  Just here for drinks. Amazing service and good conversation with the bar staff.. Nice to have old fashion service. Long forgotten with so many pubs today, especially in Geelong.
