  Great new shop great range at great prices. Feels like family when you walk threw the doors always greeted with a smile and asked for help finding The young girl who help me was amazing went above and beyond to help me, lovely manners and gave me the time of day. Thank you casey Good to see a pet shop that doesnt help feed dogs for sale. Lovely adoption cats instead Good job PETSTOCK Australia Will be shopping with you from now on

  After trying to get the attention of the two girls who were working in this store today, my partner and I decided to just put down the products we had and leave, as who wants to spend money in a store that clearly doesn't want to take your money? They literally avoided eye contact with us and hid. When we put everything down that we were going to buy/ask about and started leaving they came out of hiding but still wouldn't look at us. It was really as if they didn't want to make a sale. Pretty poor customer service if you ask me.

  My flexi leash won’t retract and rang enquiring about the warranty... 2 year warranty and was told we don’t honour warranty and I need to send it back to the manufacturer.... in Germany??? Seriously...

  Great customer service and product prices are some of the best around. Friendly atmosphere and definitely would recommend this store!
