::Careful when ordering, most of the time they don't have medicines but still sell you(online), it wont matter you opted for express shipping as it will be delayed until they order it in. Also, they planning to clean up bad reviews by adding fake good reviews on top.

::It seems that Pharmacy Online have progressed from being laughingly slow to running a very dodgy business. Knowing from experience how slow they can be, I placed an order on 17th March 2018, thinking that I would have the goods by Easter. Main reason I order from them is because they stock a particular product that is difficult to get anywhere else, except directly from the US. My account was debited for the full amount of the order on Monday 19th March. We get to the end of that week and there's no sign of a dispatch note, let alone the actual order, so I sent them an email on the 24th March asking what was happening. Received no response to the email, so I emailed again on Tuesday the 27th March and still no reply. I emailed them again on April 4th, and still no reply, apart from the usual automated response, which I have received to all three emails, of "We will respond within one business day, likely much sooner." Yeah, right! I could have got the goods quicker, as I have on a couple of previous occasions, by ordering through my shipping agent in the US. Some of the other items that I purchased for the same order, I've now had to buy elsewhere because I'm running out of things. Pharmacy Online are a disgrace and the way they treat customers is abysmal. Pity they weren't half as quick at dispatching orders as what they are at debiting your account. As of today, 9th April, it has been 21 days since my account was debited and I have not received any notification as to what is happening with my order. One has to wonder if Pharmacy Online is going down the chute or whether they just have a very arrogant attitude to paying customers. Whatever, I think that the Dept of Fair Trading really need to be looking at the business practices of Pharmacy Online who debits your account the very first business day after you place an order, yet over three weeks later there is no communication, whatsoever, from them, let alone receiving your order, and they studiously ignore any attempts by the customer to contact them.

::Purchased medicine over a week ago and paid for express shipping. Have not received the goods and no correspondence from Pharmacy Online. I have called three times, only to be told that my order is under payment review which is BS as the money has already been taken from my account! Have requested a FULL refund. I should have read the reviews before purchasing from them... lesson learnt.

::we were most surprised by the knowledge and assistance of the pharmacist and the staff in the shop - the prices were competitive - this pharmacy will now become our regular pharmacy.

::Not Happy. I placed an order on the 15th of this month & I was advised that I would be sent progress emails about my order & tracking etc.. it is now the 18th & I haven't received one email. I am due to give birth in under two weeks and the products I am buying are very hard to find at local shops, hence I went through 'Pharmacy Online'. (I usually never buy things online). I rang the 1300 number today being (Saturday) to be only kept on hold with music playing and then a male foreign voice coming on every so often saying something like 'we endeavour to get to your call, your call is important to us' Then after 10/15 minutes of being on hold, a voice then said 'Goodbye' & the call then terminated on its own... I called again thinking it was a technical error, for only the same thing to happen again.. I then rang another number on Pharmacy Online's website due to my frustration of not getting anywhere for the last half hour. The number was a 9389 0202 number which states it's a number to call if you need to speak to a pharmacist for a 'medical consultation' & they are available 7 days a week. I spoke with a lovely lady who was able to give me some insight about my order, (even though that's not her job).. and she told me that Pharmacy Online are shut on the weekends.. It would have been nice to be advised that on there automated voicemail machine? After looking at previous reviews, I doubt I will use Pharmacy Online again. Wasting my time on the phone when I also have a 22 month old to care for is not pleasant.
