  Ended up walking out! Such a disappointment And waste of money decided to have lunch after our wedding consult with our florist just A couple shops down. We first went to sit down inside and then was told by one of the staff members that we had to wait to be seated so wished to pack up and had to take a number which half the people weren’t taking and they won’t even calling numbers out in order after 15 minutes we were told we could sit down but had to order first I tried to order a soy cappuccino as I’m lactose intolerant they told me no we don’t do any soy or any fake milk , I then stated do you have any alternative as I’m lactose intolerant they said if I want a coffee I can have a long black or just have it with normal milk so I asked if they had any other drinks that I could buy instead of a coffee they said I can have a glass of water. My partner ordered a coffee and a sausage roll I ordered a vegetarian tart and were probably told the price and a machine shoved in our face to pay. Then sat down at the table we had originally sat on this is now 20 minutes later of standing After 10 minutes they brought the food out I said that I was also after the glass of water the person side walked back around grab the glass ported back to the table I took a sip and it was Luke warm myself and my partner just stared at each other wondering how kind of business operate so rude to customers. I looked at my vegetarian tart which I noticed had meat in it as well as my partner was still waiting for his coffee and for the tomato sauce for the sausage roll so I took the tart up and said I’m terribly sorry I ordered the vegetarian one then was told someone else bought the last one that was sitting there when I ordered in those are the only tops they have left by that point I really didn’t feel like eating the food So I just said okay I can give it to my partner.and then asked for the tomato sauce so he could start to eat his sausage roll they said they don’t do tomato sauce I can have a mango chutney instead and it’s $.50 extra. I said not to worry about the source turned around step back at the table . My partner said he will quickly eat the sausage roll and we can leave and go somewhere else to pick me up something to eat then took a bite into the sausage roll and it was stone cold on the inside so he spat it out Then we Stood up took both plates to the counter placed them on top of the glass cabinet still there for a few minutes as the staff ignored us and just talked to each other laughing about the night before and what they will be doing for the rest of the weekend. So we ended up calling it a day and just leaving as no matter what we said wouldn’t have made any difference . I’ve been told a couple of my girlfriends the next day and how amazed I was that places like that exist and one of them Who recommended me to the florist as they did their wedding said that they had had a very similar experience with with ordering food and came out cold when they took it back they said yeah that happens we don’t have a proper oven they will bring out a new pie Then they brought out on the plate that she had cut the pie up into smaller pieces and taking a bite and spitting it out The same pie with the splatter pace on the side that had just been placed in the microwave and reheated instead of bringing a new pie. I would not recommend anybody to go To this cafe bakery

  Produce is mostly lovely, but the service can be variable. Will benefit from a system to greet and track orders efficiently.

  Fresh but pricey offerings. Good coffee. Popular with the locals.
