  Shoe repair is never cheap so you want the job done well - Phil does a great job. He is also very efficient and helpful with getting keys cut!

  After contacting 3 stores to get my engraving done, I finally found Phil. My request was immediately met with a great level of customer service and a late change to my order was brilliantly looked after. Can't say enough just how great it is to get fantastic customer service these days. Well done Phil. I'll be back.
