  What an absolutely amazing location and fantastic staff. We used this venue for our wedding, the venue is breathtaking, the staff were so helpful and friendly through out the whole process. The food was amazing, words can not express our satisfaction with this venue. The venue accommodated our needs and were flexible to allow us acesss to set up. It's was all of these things that made our wedding day one of the greatest days of our lives. Thank you to all the staff for you help, support and kindness. Highly recommended this as a wedding venue!

  Great venue and service. We attended our best friend's wedding where the food was delicious and the wait staff were wonderful. The events manager Pete was also great and tended to all of our needs. The hotel room was also lovely and spacious and definitely resembled the look and feel of the hotel overall. Would definitely recommend again.

  Only our first day but so far the accommodation has been great. The room is pleasant and well presented. The water front bar is also quite enjoyable. Overall day 1 of this trip at Pier one has been excellent.

  Staff was very friendly and helpful! Amazing location.. maybe 1 star less for some amenities in the room that was nothing special and to expensive. A part from that is good place where to stay. .. Restaurant is a must to try for dinner!

  This hotel is beautiful. It is located directly next to the Sydney harbour bridge. The hotel has a nice deck where you can enjoy dinner and drinks. The exterior of the building is an old historic building. The interior has been all redone leaving the old structural beams. The staff here was very professional and did a great job. There are many nice restaurants located in this area. I would love to come back and spend more time.
